Event Information

  • AusMedtech 2025 will be held on the 7 - 8 of May 2025. With pre-conference activities on 6 May 2025.

  • AusMedtech 2025 will be hosted at:  

    the International Convention and Exhibition Centre Sydney, 
    14 Darling Dr,  
    Sydney, NSW 2000

  • The AusMedtech 2025 event app will be available for download in the apple and android app stores closer to the start of the event and the link will be emailed to all registered delegates. 
     
    Downloading the AusMedtech 2025 app gives you access at your fingertips to:  

    • The conference programme 

    • Browse speakers, partners, and exhibitors 

    • Update your profile photo 

    • Create your own personal agenda  

    • Connect with other attendees 

  • If you are registered for AusMedtech 2025, a delegate list will be emailed to you shortly before the event and after the event. A delegate list will also be available in the AusMedtech 2025 event app. 

 

 

Registration

  • To view pricing and to register for AusMedtech 2025, please head to this webpage.

    Pricing will vary on if you are member of AusBiotech, which pass type you purchase, how many days you will be attending and if you wish to attend any of the optional functions at AusMedtech 2025. 

  • If you are registered for a full duration conference pass (not including student or academic/clinician passes) you will have access to:

    • the exhibition hall 

    • programme sessions (including the Early-Stage Innovation Forum) 

    • our AusPartnering platform* 

    • networking events (please note that the conference dinner is a separate ticked event and can be added to your registration.) 

    • morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea 

    • the AusMedtech 2025 event app 

    *Please note, only full conference passes include access to AusPartnering.  

  • The pricing periods for AusMedtech 2025 are as follows: 

    • Early Bird Pricing: 27 November 2024 to 21 March 2025 

    • Standard Pricing: 22 March 2025 to 16 April 2025 

    • Late Pricing: 17 April 2025 to Conference 

  • Please check your inbox and spam folder for an email from events@ausbiotech.org with the subject line “AusMedtech 2025 | Registration Confirmation”. If payment has been made for your registration, this email will include the invoice for your registration. 
     
    If you have not received this email or are missing your invoice, please send an email to events@ausbiotech.org from the email address associated with your registration. We may possibly ask for a payment confirmation for this registration, so please ensure that you have this on hand. 

  • A link to update your information was included in the confirmation email sent to you upon registering. This link will allow you to update your position, additional emails, phone numbers, address, special requests, industry sector and, if eligible, your AusPartnering status. 
     
    To update further information on your registration, please contact events@ausbiotech.org.

  • Yes, to upgrade your registration, please email events@ausbiotech.org with your name, email address and the name of the pass that you would like to upgrade to. The AusBiotech events team will then be able to send a payment link to confirm your upgrade. 

  • If you wish to transfer your registration, please email events@ausbiotech.org with the following information: 

    • Your name 

    • The email address associated with your registration 

    • The name of your replacement and their title (Mr, Mrs, Ms, Dr, Prof., etc) 

    • The email address of your replacement 

    • The company name of your replacement and their position 

    • Confirmation that they will be attending the same functions you had signed up for 

    • If you wish to cancel your registration, please first read the AusBiotech cancellation and refund policy. Once you have read this, please contact events@ausbiotech.org.

  • AusMedtech registrations are only valid for the named attendee only. Transferring of registrations during the duration of the conference is prohibited and security personnel will be on site.

Functions and Events at AusMedtech 2025

  • The Welcome Reception marks the beginning of AusMedtech 2025. Hosted in the Exhibition Hall, this networking function invites delegates to reconnect with colleagues and make new connections. 
     
    The Welcome Reception is included in all AusMedtech 2025 registrations (not including function only or Thursday day passes), and includes drinks and canapés free of charge. 

  • The AusMedtech 2025 Conference Dinner is the social highlight of AusMedtech 2025 and provides an evening of networking opportunities for guests. This networking function is not included as a part of your registration and can be purchased separately here. 
     
    If you have already registered for AusMedtech 2025 and would like to add a conference dinner ticket or table to your account, please follow the link in your confirmation email. 
     
    Guests are invited to enjoy a three-course meal, drinks, and entertainment while connecting with their industry peers, colleagues and friends. 
     
    Additionally, branded tables can be purchased for the conference dinner, where you are welcome to invite staff, clients and guests to sit alongside you.  

  • The Closing Reception is a celebration and the perfect way to wrap-up AusMedtech 2025. Hosted in the Exhibition Hall, this networking function invites delegates to connect with each other and look back on two days of deals, education and networking. 
     
    The Closing Reception is included in all AusMedtech 2025 registrations (not including function only or Wednesday day passes) and includes drinks and canapés free of charge. 

 

 

Speakers and Programme

  • The AusMedtech 2025 programme will be available in early 2025 and be viewed on the programme page of our website.

  • For AusMedtech 2025, speaker expressions of interest are now closed, and we are no longer accepting session submissions. If you would like to register your interest to be a part of the AusBiotech 2025 programme, please do so here.

Other

  • Delegates must have registered and paid the required registration fees before requesting an official letter of invitation. 
     
    Once you have registered for AusMedtech 2025, please email events@ausbiotech.org with your name and registration number. With this information we will be able to provide you with a letter confirming your attendance. 
     
    Please note that AusBiotech will not be able to contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office on behalf of a delegate. 

  • AusMedtech 2025 photos will be available shortly after the event, they will be available on our LinkedIn page and you will receive an email once released.
