AusMedtech 2026 will be held from 19–21 May 2026, with pre-conference activities taking place on 19 May 2026.

What is the cost to attend AusMedtech 2026?

Pricing will vary depending on:
- Whether you are an AusBiotech member
- The pass type you purchase
- How many days you attend
- Whether you choose to attend any optional functions at AusMedtech 2026
What is included in my registration for AusMedtech 2026?
If you are registered for a full duration conference pass (excluding student or academic/clinician passes), you will have access to:
- The exhibition hall
- Program sessions (including the Early-Stage Innovation Forum)
- The AusPartnering platform*
- Networking events (please note the Conference Dinner is a separate ticketed event and can be added to your registration)
- Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea
*Only full conference passes include access to AusPartnering.
What are the pricing periods?
The pricing periods for AusMedtech 2026 are as follows:
Early Bird Pricing: 27 November 2025 – 27 March 2026
Standard Pricing: 28 March 2026 – 01 May 2026
Late Pricing: 02 April 2026 – 21 May 2026 (last day of conference)
What do I do if I haven't received my confirmation email or invoice?
Please check your inbox and spam folder for an email from events@ausbiotech.org with the subject line:
“Registration confirmation | AusMedtech 2026”
If payment has been made, this email will include your invoice.
If you have not received this email, please contact events@ausbiotech.org from the email address associated with your registration. You may be asked to provide payment confirmation.
Can I edit the information in my registration?
A link to update your details is included in your confirmation email. This allows you to update:
- Position
- Additional emails
- Phone numbers
- Address
- Special requests
- Industry sector
- AusPartnering status (if eligible)

Can I upgrade my registration?
Yes. To upgrade your registration, please email events@ausbiotech.org with:
- Your name
- Your email address
- The pass type you wish to upgrade to
The AusBiotech events team will send you a payment link to confirm your upgrade.
How do I cancel or transfer my registration for AusMedtech 2026?
To transfer your registration:
Please email events@ausbiotech.org with:
- Your name
- The email address associated with your registration
- The replacement delegate’s name and title (Mr, Mrs, Ms, Dr, Prof., etc.)
- The replacement delegate’s email address
- Their company name and position
- Confirmation they will attend the same functions you selected
To cancel your registration:
Please review the AusBiotech cancellation and refund policy before contacting events@ausbiotech.org.
Can I share my registration onsite with another delegate?
Registrations are valid for the named attendee only.
Transferring registrations during the conference is strictly prohibited. Security personnel will be onsite.
If you wish to transfer your registration prior to the conference, please refer to the transfer process above.
Functions and events at AusMedtech 2026
What is the Welcome Reception?
The Welcome Reception marks the beginning of AusMedtech 2026.
Hosted in the Exhibition Hall, this networking function invites delegates to reconnect with colleagues and build new connections.
The Welcome Reception is included in all full registrations (excluding function-only or Thursday day passes) and includes drinks and canapés.
What is the Conference Dinner?
The AusMedtech 2026 Conference Dinner is the social highlight of the event and provides an evening of premium networking opportunities.
This event is not included in standard registrations and must be purchased separately.
Guests will enjoy:
- A three-course meal
- Drinks
- Entertainment
- Extensive networking opportunities
Branded tables are available for purchase, allowing you to host staff, clients and guests.
If you have already registered and wish to add a Conference Dinner ticket or table, please use the link in your confirmation email.
What is the Closing Reception?
The Closing Reception is the perfect way to conclude AusMedtech 2026.
This networking event celebrates two days of deals, education and industry connection.
The Closing Reception is included in all full registrations (excluding function-only or Wednesday day passes) and includes drinks and canapés.

How do I obtain an invitation letter to support my Visa Application?
Delegates must be registered and have paid the required fees before requesting an official letter of invitation.
Once registered for AusMedtech 2026, please email events@ausbiotech.org with your name and registration number.
Please note that AusBiotech cannot contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office on behalf of a delegate.
