If you require a letter of invitation to accompany your visa application, you must register and pay for your conference attendance, and then contact the conference organisers via firstname.lastname@example.org to request an invitation. Should your visa application be denied, conference registration fees will be refunded if the conference organisers are advised more than 30 days prior to the commencement of the conference.
No, but we would encourage you to become a member. If you should join AusBiotech within 30 days of the conference, the difference in registration fees will be refunded to you after the conference is concluded. All cancellation requests must be made in writing to AusBiotech at firstname.lastname@example.org
1. Cancellations made before Friday 24 February 2017 will receive a refund, less a $150 administration fee.
2. Cancellations made after Friday 24 February 2017 will not receive a refund.
3. No refunds will be issued until after the conference.
4. Substituting names will be accepted only prior to the conference. Registration is valid for the named attendee only. Substituting a delegate from the same organisation is welcome as long as AusBiotech is notified by email email@example.com.
